The 5 years so far I have spent at McDonald's has allowed me to learn some very valuable skills. such as: High levels of teamwork, Time management, and responsibility whilst also improving myself in other areas, such as customer service, communication, also leadership. Some examples of tasks and procedures I would have to follow, or have went out my way and done are:

• Upheld health and safety guidelines whilst preparing food items preventing cross-contamination risks.
• Offered menu recommendations based on customer preferences improving their dining experience.
• Executed daily operation procedures ensuring adherence to company's policies.
• Resolved customer complaints professionally leading to higher retention rates.
• Greeted each customer warmly, creating a friendly shopping environment.
• Improved kitchen flow by maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Cleaned utensils and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.

My time at Vets 4 Pets, was during our school work experience month, which everyone had to partake in. It was a great time at such a young age to be able to gain excellent work experience, whilst also allowing us to gain and learn the skills that go along side the work itself. Whilst at the Vets I managed to:

• Carry out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently.
• Consistently arrived at work on time and ready to start immediately.
• Demonstrated compassion for animals whilst maintaining safety protocols.
• Demonstrated patience and compassion towards all animals under care.
