- Plan, Deliver and review arduous, effective and safe PD lessons to phase 1 candidates and Candidates preparing for Pre-Parachute Selection P Company.
- Provide Coaching and mentoring, supporting candidates to identify areas for improvement in their physical performance with structure achievable advice
- Coordinate with Senior Leadership to ensure effective administration of both training weekends and provide administration support to candidates in achieving ITR compliance and medical compliance prior to attending P-Company
- Support C-Company and HQ Company with regular organised SCA and RFTS in compliance with both annual ITR requirements as well as VHRR commitments.

- Volunteered on VHRR (Very High Readiness Reserve) for multiple consecutive contracts and mobilised in support of Op Polar Bear in 2023 and Op Pitting in 2021.
- Deployed as Part of the BATUK Force Protection Platoon in Nanyuki Kenya providing security for an key British Army overseas training site October 2020-May 2021.
- Deployed with 2 PARA Battlegroup on Exercise Swift Response 2022 to North Macedonia where I earned my American wings.
- Enhanced my professional skills through passing Drill and Duties (with ALDP). Basic Radio User. All Arms Collect course. Team Medic and obtaining my M qual.
- Provided key on the ground logistics support for Company and Battalion activities including management of rations, water and radio equipment demonstrating organisational skills above what is expected of a Private Solider
