Matthew Sloan

Passionate about gaining strong customer service experience to further my communication and people skills. Through my academic pursuits via linguistics and language, I am focused on striving to make others feel accommodated and listened to, providing customers with a positive, professional attitude. I enjoy working proactively, whether that be a collaboration or an independent endeavour.

Through social media administration and marketing, I have developed a means of reaching out to others, influencing and promoting brand deals efficiently. Prior to this, I have worked as a progressive student representative, with gaining the experience of coordinating and developing student representation across campus. I was both supportive and approachable, communicating easily with students and senior staff.

In both work and academia, I have persisted to try and create positive change for a student or customer. I am adept in conflict resolution skills, solving problems efficiently and effectively.
