Implemented the creation, allocation, and effectiveness of various online learning modules, including Foundation Level Compliance, Advanced AML & CTF, Safer Gambling Interactions, Sports Betting Integrity, Tax Evasion, and PML Holder Training.

Created a roadmap for all global mandatory training, ensuring clear objectives are outlined, and timelines are in place for multi departmental stakeholders. A global completion rate of 97% has been achieved in the last three years, covering approximately 27,000 employees.

Created and managed the 'Governance Learning Academy', a fully tailored proprietary training programme, primarily for the benefit of the Legal and Compliance community across the group. The Legal & Compliance Training Academy gave all L&C colleagues, plus guest invitees, opportunities to further enhance their skill set and knowledge by attending sessions delivered by partner law firms such as DLA Piper, Mishcon de Reya, and Clifford Chance on various subject matters under three broad umbrellas. 1.
