Started with Arnold Clark as an apprentice Parts Advisor when I left school at 16. Over 21 year period attendance and timekeeping has been impeccable and I have worked my way up to become Parts Manager.


4 year Apprenticeship Arnold Clark in Linwood

Attended GTG training college. Completed all college work on time. Took Initiative. Displayed a willingness to learn new skills. Undertook additional responsibilities to help out the department and became an important part of the team. Became competent at inventory management and started to interact with customers.


1.5 years as Parts Advisor Arnold Clark in Linwood

Mainly customer facing and telephone trade sales during this time. Had a drive to exceed the sales and profit targets set by directors. Built up many relationships with customers and provided them with a great service. Also helped the Parts Manager with daily tasks to enhance my skill set.
