  • Utilise Creo 2.0 and Siemens NX CAM Packages to produce offline CNC programs to manufacture & Service Steam and Gas Turbine Parts to drawing/ Engineering Instruction.
  • Verify CNC Programs before issuing to shop floor using Vericut software - to ensure right first time every time principle.
  • Programming a high variety of machines: Lathes, Vertical & Horizontal Borers, Gantry Mills. Smaller closed cabinet milling machines. Including all Machine attachments: Facing slide, Universal Milling Head, Right angled heads.
  • Organising & Ordering tooling for a high variety of different Jobs.
  • Use CAD packages to create manufacturing 3d models and Drawings/Sketches to Design Jigs and fixtures for jobs.
