Diligenta is a servicing agent for Scottish Widows. Whilst working here, I got the chance to improve my social skills in an effort to combat my social anxiety and got the chance to learn about dealing with Pensions.

I would take calls for a majority of the day and updating peoples pensions via a company system used to store all the information and looking into certain issues to do with the pensions themselves for the remainder of the time.

Using this skill allowed me to learn a brand new system I had never imagined before, it was a fun and thorough learning process.

As a room attendant, I had to keep fit and keep on time with the rooms I was cleaning.

My tasks varied from changing beds, to cleaning the bathrooms with chemicals which I was trained to use and also had interactions with guests for a small portion of the time.

Dealing with the guests was always fun, it was tiring work, however it made it worthwhile knowing I could make their stay that much better by being able to come back to a spotless room, or even just serving them with a smile.
