Summary

I am a committed worker who always strives to do the best for the customer and my employer. I will endeavour to provide what I see as the optimal solution for my customers, setting realistic expectations within their budget. I believe my former role as a project implementation specialist was to ensure my customers use best practice throughout the system to allow them to achieve their objectives. I believe I have carried this across into my implementation team manager role and look to get the best out of my team for the customer while providing the best employee experience possible. I believe the modern workforce require a more holistic approach from management while still requiring the job to be delivered on time and on budget

Acumatica Implementation Manager

Being made responsible for the implementation team with some changes in the Pinnacle management team let me take on more responsibility from a team members point of view. Ensuring accreditations are achieved and maintained, delivering APR’s, managing the team resource specifically and a project manager helped me grow in experience and develop the implementation team overall.

A chance to implement a new product from a new supplier. I was very keen to get involved with a new offering and team. Picking up some of the more technical aspects of Acumatica as well as the manufacturing element due to my skillset, I was very happy to be involved early on in a brand new revenue stream for Pinnacle. Due to my time as upgrades manager, I was advised early on to adopt a team leader role getting involved again in quotes, 3rd party integrations, training, team building, team concerns/issues working towards a more managerial role in the future.

Co-ordinating resource and controlling budget, involved from quote, to delivery, this role allowed me to meet a larger variety of customers both internal and external in terms of integration with other departments within Pinnacle. Working as a specialist manufacturing consultant as required.
