· Held responsibility as CCTV officer in various investigation. Role include, gather, watch/analyse and provide written MG11 statement re findings. Subsequently complete court presentations and give evidence in trial.

· Experience in communication officers in various investigations. Role includes analysing call data and digital device download, presenting findings in MG11 statements.

· Worked as witness officer where I had to manage sensitive and vulnerable witnesses. Also worked with partner agencies such as HMPPS and Immigration to ensure witness participation. Obtaining significant witness statement and VRI with various witnesses.

· Intelligence officer – gathering and managing intelligence from both OSINT and CSINT within murder investigations. This role involves research, presenting and disseminate intelligence. Also responsible for applying for search warrants once suspects are identified.

· Major incident room management – Trained as HOLMES reader and receiver to ensure information and material relates to case are assessed in timely manner and generate further actions to progress the investigation.

· Investigated serious and volume crime for local borough. Crimes include GBH, High value theft, blackmail, burglary, robbery, suspicious death and high value PWITs.

· Responsible for gathering evidence in all investigative strands such as CCTV, communication data, crime scene management and interviewing suspects, victims and witnesses.

· Preparing case files within custody time limit to submit to CPS for charging advice

· Risk management in all type of investigation especially high risk domestic violence cases.

· Locating and investigating high risk missing person.

· Managing two key account managers and oversee their business development plans on winning new accounts.

· To work with the account managers on the submission of global accommodation RFPs for various clients.

· To produce regular MI reports for various relocation and travel management companies.

· Assisting our commercial director in contract negotiation by developing various commission models to propose to our TMC/RMC clients.

· Liaising with clients on the implementation of the proposed SLAs.

· Acting as an escalation point for all the clients that my unit manages.

· To hold regular business review meetings with the account managers on performance and looking for ways to integrate further with existing clients to maximise revenue opportunities..

· Finding serviced apartments around the world and making reservations for various corporate clients.

· Providing a key communication channel between the property manager and the guest in house.

· Maintaining and continue to develop relationships with high net worth clients.

· Larger assignments such as providing accommodation and support on group bookings.

· Through promotions I also started to manage other colleagues and have my own clients.

· Visited various cities in the world in learning what product the company can offer to clients.
