Summary

I work well both as part of a team and on own initiative. I communicate well at all levels. I have very good electrical mechanical skills having worked on many different types of machinery my career. Recently replacing the clutch and flywheel in my Audi A3. The original duel mass unit was swapped for a single mass unit for reliability Main Summary Qualified IT technician, Hardware specialist and MCSA 2003. I have years of experience in different roles through my broad range of abilities; these skills are troubleshooting software's and hardware's, both electrical and mechanical, even with little exposure or training on the product. I have a willingness to train and learn new skills even on the fly. My customer facing skills, over various roles I've had to deal with many different scenarios often with unhappy or difficult customer, I always leave the customer happy. I can add value because of the Pride that I have in my work and abilities, my methodical work ethic and troubleshooting skills. I am willing to work hard and I've always gone above and beyond to leave the customer happy, in my current role I often try to create a temporary fix until replacement parts are sent to keep customer working. I often repair items within the home such as dishwasher, washing machine, central heating system, TVs and my own vehicles, recently replaced starter motor, clutch and flywheel in my personal Audi A3.
