After completing my Masters Degree (Occupational & Organisational Psychology 2:1) in December 2023, I took some time out to travel around Europe and Japan and worked at Costco Gateshead to help fund my travel. As I look for a permanent role, I have taken a 12 month temporary position with Procter and Gamble in the Master Data team of their Customer Services Operation.
Working towards my degree and masters enabled me to develop skills in IT, problem solving, statistical analysis (using SPSS), along with leading project teams, and presenting to large groups . Other roles have shown me what makes great customer service. My current position with P&G has given me invaluable practical experiences such as working in a team to deliver against hard deadlines, working autonomously per their hybrid working model and it has further developed my IT skills in applications such as Excel, SAP, KNIME & PEGA. I enjoy work where I can use my analytical skills to solve problems to deliver good customer service. I work well with people.
