    During my free time I enjoy keeping fit through goal-setting, including frequent weightlifting, running and surfing. I also like to participate in organised challenges, such as, the coast-to-coast, a cycling challenge spanning across from the west to the east coast of England, totalling 300 miles over the course of five days.
