- This role gave me the freedom to become my own boss I was able to pass on my knowledge to apprentices that were assigned to me as part of my role.
- At this firm I was called upon by the owner on many occasions to step in for him when he was unable to make any jobs, I was the main contact for the other members of the team when they were unable to fulfil any jobs as I was the most experienced member of the team.
- I was also the customer contact for all jobs.
- Here I also gained my next F Gas course.

- Maintenance of the refrigeration and air conditioning systems of Greggs shops throughout Wales and the West. This involved installation of the systems, fault finding at site through call outs. While working at the Greggs sites I was able to expand my knowledge of fridges and freezers maintenance and service.
- Managing a complete installation at Panasonic Cardiff, this involved a full site survey liaising with managers at site to ensure that the work was carried out to a high standard and to a tight time scale set by Panasonic.
- Many large installations were carried out by myself for a Steel Works in Cardiff this was a difficult install as all of the units were based on cranes at high level, I was not deterred by this and carried out the job to a high standard.
