  • Directly managing a team of six Talent Attraction Partners based across the UK.
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand candidate attraction issues and leading the team to implement appropriate solutions.
  • Using data to qualify sites as being "in crisis" (trade impacted) due to recruitment issues, and leading the team through a "Full Support" process in order for the site to resume trading optimally as quickly as possible.
  • Designing bespoke local attraction plans, in partnership with key stakeholders in order to boost attraction.
