For several years running, I have been selected to be a sports leader. This role has given me the opportunity to not only share my passion for sport with primary aged children but to lead, encourage and support their skill development.
I have represented my school in football and have been a member of teams in Worthing and Shoreham displaying my proficiency and reliability as a team player.
I achieved a gold star award in the school graduation scheme for the last two years, showing my commitment in doing the best that I can do, by reaching the goals set for this gold standard.
I received a distinction in my English language oral exam which assessed the engagement of my audience based on my choice of subject matter, presentation, humour and of course delivery!
During my time at Zen I helped to strip out a bathroom ready to install a new one. As a result of this;
Whilst at Paine Manwaring, I was lucky enough to shadow an experienced engineer and I learned many things from him;
I would really value the opportunity to become a plumbing apprentice and I feel the feedback given at the two work placements, one of which I completed in the summer holiday, was really positive. Hing To from Zen Solutions messaged me and said he was 'proud of me', that I 'listened and learnt quickly' and was 'well mannered, had a good attitude and definitely suitable for an apprenticeship'. I feel I have the necessary skills to learn and progress well and am excited to start this new post-school chapter.
I am a member of Worthing Swimming Club and I play Waterpolo. I continue to love football, both playing and watching it! I am a member of a local gym and enjoy cycling , walking, meeting up with friends and eating!
