Matthew Davidson

I have worked in various schools as a teacher/teaching assistant. I was at Ralph Allen school from Sept 2021 until February 2023 where I supported students with an EHCP in and out of a classroom setting. I have also worked as a cover teacher at The Bridge Campus in Hartcliffe, Currently I am working at The Bristol Free School up until the end of July, I work with 3 disadvantaged ,vulnerable year 8 students with Special Educational Needs.

I was employed as an HLTA to support students who had been expelled from mainstream schools. I often led classes independently, and facilitated learning at Norton Radstock College 3 days a week.

I supported as well as taught a varied range of Special Needs Students aged 5-19. I worked mainly with severely autistic and challenging students. I also did a lot of work in the hostel as the school was residential.
