Within this role, I conducted in-depth research on the Nitrile-Bisthiol bioconjugation reaction, exploring its applications for delivering highly reactive drug molecules across various disease classes. I successfully managed and prioritized multiple drug delivery projects, ensuring timely progress on critical initiatives. I supervised and mentored Master’s students, promoting impactful research and supporting their educational growth.
