Matthew Cooch

57 The Croft,Trowbridge, Wiltshire,

Summary

I have been working in arboriculture for almost 20 years gaining extensive knowledge across a broad range of areas in this time, being self motivated and building a skill base which is adaptable.

I am forward thinking, and strive for success in all areas of work with a proven track record in my time here at RSK Hi-Line. I have been effectively managing teams of tree cutters, and surveyors for 8 years, gaining trustworthy relationships and foundations with members of staff and contractors to ensure they feel inclusive and respected in the workplace.

I feel that all staff and contractors under my management, and people I work alongside would say that I am a friendly and approachable manager, and a great team player. I have worked closely with senior management at RSK Hi-Line and NGED, gaining reputable connections and understanding of the businesses.

Clear and concise communication is key to my role to ensure that things run smoothly daily, to meet KPIs and manage expectations from both a customer service perspective and to adhere to RSK Hi-Line and NGED policies and procedures.

Safety and a quality is forefront to my current role, ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard across my department with a range of audits completed regularly to meet this need.

Throughout my career, I have always been keen to continually improve my knowledge by taking additional qualifications and training where possible, to keep up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure that I can excel in my role in all aspects.

I am an organised and hard working individual and work well under pressure.
