I am skilled at managing conflict and remaining calm and focussed in challenging situations. Dealing with knock backs, and responding with constructive positivity is something that I am now able to do well. I am also skilled at operational stress resilience, and have experienced many traumatic and difficult situations. I have later reflected on these and allowed myself time to develop and change these emotions in to positive outcomes. I regularly review my own, and my staffs performance. This allows me to identify areas of weakness and areas of strength. Doing this ensures that I am using all the tools available to me to achieve the best outcomes, and meet goals and objectives. I work strictly within policy and procedure and when unsure, will refer to relevant policies for guidance. Managing a group of staff, means that it is my responsibly to understand individual requirements. Understanding these helps me to improve the products of the team, and make reasonable adjustments when possible. I am a passionate, professional and hard working individual and I feel that I am suited to this role based on my relevant experience, skill set and knowledge.
