These were some of the key things that I would do every single day to make sure the customer base was happy and that the morale of the team was high.

This is just a few examples of what my job role contained but there was also a sales dominant side to the role, I would have to try to upsell and make sure customers are taking out extra products to hit targets. These targets would gradually increase the more you do but that was in essence the best part of the role, striving to get better and to achieve higher numbers has always been a motivational thing for me.
