• Civils / lambes construction / S&P building, While i was in the building trade , i worked on sites carrying out jobs such as - drainage / deep drainage tarmacing concrete worksexcavator operator digging footings digging drainage runs lifting ops - lift equiment around using machine safely leveling areas ready for a finish layer of stone

• At amazon i carried out loading and unloading of my own van with up to 100 plus parecls a day , then had to carry out an action plan on which was the best route to take to deliver them all and if i was finished i could be then ask to help and support over members of the team if they was falling behind

• At jamesons tyre i carried out fitting of new and part worn tyres ,balancing of tyres , fitting truck and plant tyres and repairng puntures

While working at tesco i worked in the warehouse and out on shop floor carrying out a wider range of rolls such as , self staking / warehouse dutys / unloading goods off trailers / assiting customers with there needs . Towards the end before i left tesco i was on the mangers training programe to become a night store manager but at the time i didnt think it was the right roll or job type at that moment in my life .
