My main duties involve, working with individuals and groups. I complete the following duties;
Reception duties for receiving bookings/queries from groups.
Health & Safety briefings for groups before using
the race track. Registering all participant onto race IT program.
Assist individuals into race karts and the operation of karts.
Ensure safety of individuals using the facilities, use till for
sale of refreshments. General cleaning and track / kart maintenance duties.

Skills I have from this role include;

• Collaborate closely with other marshals for effective teamwork and mutual support on the job.
• Ensured safety of all track participants
• Handled stressful situations calmly, aiding in the swift resolution of incidents on the track.
• Participated in regular safety briefings informing participants of safety protocols and procedures.
• Addressed group behavioural issues and promote fun, safety and inclusivity.
