Recruitment Manager | Global Strategy

Protect Group
Leeds, West Yorkshire
08.2021 - 10.2022

At the time, Protect Group was a startup with 30 employees spread across two offices and ambitious plans for global expansion.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I was tasked with scaling the company from 30 to over 200 employees worldwide within three years.

During this time, my overarching goal was to establish, scale, and maintain a world-class global recruitment function within a fast-growing, international organisation.
