I am returning to employment after spending the last two years providing primary care for my late Mother.

In my last role I was a Recruitment Advisor for Maximus UK working on the Jobs Entry Targeted Support ( JETS ) programme. I excelled in enabling and inspiring candidates back into employment by listening to their needs and using my experience gained from the many and varied sales roles I have enjoyed.

I have over twenty years of telesales and telemarketing experience and I have proved myself to be
commercially astute and growth orientated. I have successfully generated leads and quotes for construction
projects across the UK. I consider myself to be a hard-working individual who takes pride in achieving
targets, completing tasks in a professional and conscientious manner. A strong, natural communicator and
motivator inspiring confidence, energy, and focus. I enjoy building and sustaining business relationships with
both existing and new clients from SME`s through to corporate organisations. I respond to all business

To conduct a range of recruitment and development activities, to enable and inspire
candidates to achieve the highest levels of independence throughout the candidate journey,
by meeting and exceed performance targets for individual activity and job starts through to
sustained employment, in compliance with legislation, contract and provider guidance, and
internal Quality procedures.

Key Tasks

To predominantly support participants remotely (with some in-person support) to access
and navigate digital delivery methods and on-line job searching/application tools.
To assess participant needs to gaining employment and work closely with the
Partnership Team to address barriers and/or wellbeing needs identified.
To identify participant skills and transferable skills, determine a suitable path into work
and develop an effective, individually tailored action plan to help participant achieve their
goal.

To provide intensive job searching support by engaging with local employers and
employer networks to generate suitable vacancies for participants; ensuring to work in
partnership with Account Management Team for local labour market intelligence.
To continue to track participants’ progress for a period of time once they have
successfully gained employment.
To meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets as set by the Line Manager.
To ensure contract compliance by accurate data entry, completion of contractual and
internal documentation and/or provider guidance.
