I began working as a Degree Apprentice at Stateside Foods, completing planned rotations across several departments in order to gain a solid understanding of how the company operates. I quickly advanced through the programme and, after being selected for leadership ability, received an early promotion to a full-time Logistics Supervisor position. Acknowledged for outstanding performance and contribution, twice receiving Employee of the Month and Suggestion of the Month. Achieved First-Class Honours in Business Management and became a Qualified Chartered Manager during employment.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Supervised a team of 24 employees covering three shifts, ensuring effective operations, high output, and compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Upheld accuracy and financial integrity while managing the supervision and reconciliation of high-value accounts valued at millions.
• Oversaw automation and innovation projects in the logistics division, which reduced manual labour, increased productivity, and streamlined procedures.
• Played a crucial part in the maintenance and improvement of Warehouse Management Systems (SAP), emerging as an influential voice on the day-to-day activity and debugging of new processes.
