  • I have overseen all the Groups Facades Schemes which have varied from various types of Cladding Systems including Rain Screen and Render
  • These schemes have varied in size with values from £100k through to £3.5m (One City Park Bradford, Port Loop Birmingham and Lovell House In Leeds to mention but a few)
  • My duties include all aspects of Health & Safety including implementing the Company Wide management site setup to standardise the documents and site setup for all to follow schemes to use / follow
  • Controlling / Managing several live schemes at any one-time offering leadership and support to the Site Teams I work alongside and developing their careers
  • Co-ordination with the commercial teams is also a key item for my role and bringing the scheme through to completion on time as well as on budget

  • My duties include all aspects of Overseeing the Works, Health & Safety including implementing the Company Wide management site setup to standardise the documents and site setup for all to follow schemes to use / follow
  • Controlling / Managing several live schemes at any one-time offering leadership and support to the Site Teams I work alongside and developing their careers
  • Co-ordination with the commercial teams is also a key item for my role and bringing the scheme through to completion on time as well as on budget
  • Working Closely with the Financial Director and Managing Director throughout each Scheme as well as planning all Future Schemes
