- Ensured maximum uptime of telecommunication systems, minimising service disruptions for clients.

- Completed over 550+ overhead fibre installations, connecting the customer from the ADP across to the property & routing internally.
- Used a variety of tools to drill, tac, attach the fibre cable securely and mount the internal hardware.
- Attended 1/3 additional service visits where the customer had lost service. Diagnosed and fixed the problem to ensure same day service was achieved.
- Worked alongside TC’s groundworks team to replace damaged frame and pit covers for the underground ISP network.
- Put out all street-works signs to ensure it complied with all regulations.
- Used a breaker to break the tarmac and pickaxed the remainder from around the joint box.
- Mixed Mortar, concrete and other solutions to level the frame pits and bed the frames before adding the covers.

- Successfully completed 7/10 pre pulls per day connecting the customer from the cabinet to the property.
- Using a range of tools routed the cable from the customers entry duct through a range of surfaces soft & hard (grass, block paving, slabs).
- Maintained excellent communication skills whilst liaising with the customer about installation and cable placement.
- All unsuccessful pulls due to blockages were roped and labelled to aid construction & quicken the process on return.

- Loaded bricks around new housing structures, garages, roofing, scaffolding ready for the bricklayers to begin work.
- Typically worked a ratio of 3 to 4 Bricklayers to 1 hod carrier (myself) ensuring mortar was constantly topped up and enough bricks were stacked.
- Segregated all waste clearing up the workspace as we moved from plot to plot.
