Working at Simpler Law was a fantastic opportunity to further develop and evolve my key skills. I gained great experience with working in a very fast paced role. I have excelled in skills across a multitude of responsibilities, this included:

  • Overseeing and organising the daily tasks of the bereavement team, for new and existing clients
  • Providing an extremely high level of client care and support for grieving family members
  • Maintaining the diary for client consultations and call backs
  • Carrying out consultations for new and existing probate clients and creating bespoke packages to suit their legal requirements and probate needs
  • Preparation and documenting probate and trust files for the legal team, working within a tight deadline
  • Assisting the legal team with any cases that need to be kept open, maintained and updates provided where needed to both the client and the legal team

  • Management of KPI tables to ensure targets were met within a timely manner and to a high standard for 'Care Quality Commission' checks
  • Completing basic and enhanced DBS checks for all new members of staff.
