I believe I am an extremely diligent figure, not only in the workplace but also in my private life. During my two years of employment I have learnt how to use my time effectively during my shifts and allocate my time to tasks accordingly, meaning I am always looking for jobs to complete which may not necessarily align with my job description, but will benefit my colleagues and inevitably allow my team to operate smoothly. I am also able to maintain an appropriate balance between my education, social life and work meaning I am a very reliable employee. Since starting Sixth From in September I have been enhancing my confidence by actively participating in debates and conversation during lessons, which has not only boosted my social skills but also my academic performance. In addition, I performed a talk in front of over 100 people, which has immensely boosted my confidence too. Therefore I would love to undertake a job role where I can showcase my developed transferable skills and expand my expertise.
