    quick pace. I am a good team member and can motivate team and myself with required pace as it come along.As I have previously
    trained in payroll and account assistant. I use to Submit RTI and provide payslips to our client, submit pension declaration to pension
    regulator, enrol clients to pension scheme and submit pension contribution on their behalf.
    Bank reconciliation, preparing management accounts, interaction with HMRC and companies house
    was also part of my job. I have relevant experience as I am currently working NUH NHS trust as a Healthcare Assistant.I work with flow
    team so I float to different wards within the Trust as required.So i hold experience working all the specialities such as
    Gastro,Ortho,Trauma,Neuro,Eyes,Throat and Neck etc.I completed my care certificate as part of my qualification.So i have been tested
    and supervised by my Assessor and he think competent in caring and adhere with trust values.
    I do my CPD(Continuous Performance Development) regularly as part of my qualification to maintain.
    I do take reasonable care and due diligent while perform a task and aim is to get the desirable outcome.
    I am not shy to take others advice during any difficulty or way to improve the efficiency.
    I always look for the bigger picture, overall organisational achievement rather then personal gain, always bound by the organisations rule and regulations.
