Having both owned my own hotel and worked for other owners I am in the fortunate position of having experienced both sides of the hospitality business. This has been a huge advantage to me and it means I am infinitely adaptable to any role I take on. I am extremely customer focused, whilst understanding the complexities of targets and budgets. I have a strong team ethic, believing this to be the foundation of a successful business. I am excellent at problem solving and enjoy finding a solution which ensures the guest or customer leaves happy and will return.
Goals and Objectives: After many years in the hotel and restaurant industry, I am ready to move on and accept new challenges. I wish to broaden my outlook into other aspects of the hospitality sector, and beyond. I have a large knowledge base and a solid work ethic to offer my new employer. I am eager to learn new things as well as bringing my many years of experience to the table
