Summary

A skilled professional with a background in engineering, experienced in technical office works and collaborated with R&D to design a microcontroller-based thermostat circuit, resulting in a 15% reduction in energy consumption. Also, a recent master's degree in Robotics and Automation tailored my skillsets with new technologies.

Work History

Technical Office Expert

Tehran Cement Factory
Tehran
  • Working with electrical and mechanical repair teams for maintenance the types of machinery like hammer crushers, ball mills, rotary kilns, separators, conveyor belts, screw conveyors
  • Gathering information about the machinery's operators and extracting their useful information in the shape of reports data tables and graphs with Word and Excel for the upper management
  • Gathering information about the electromotor from many parts of the factory and sharing them with the PLC Group for designing their control circuits
  • Collaborating with the R&D department on innovation projects. These were microcontroller-based like thermostats, spectrometers, and motor controllers.

Education

Master of Science - Robotics and Automation

University of Salford
Greater Manchester

Bachelor of Science - Mineral Engineering

Skills

  • PLC and Ladder Programming
  • AI and Machine Learning
  • ABB Robot Programming
  • Embedded System

Projects

  • A spectrometer with ILX511 linear ccd with microcontrollers and Bluetooth connection resulted in a 25% improvement in microscopical studies in the R&D department.

  • Thermostat with microcontroller and Bluetooth connection to the computer with a 15% reduction in energy consumption.

  • Designing a circuit of microcontroller and driver for tuning two DC motors by two pushing Buttons and showing the chosen speed mode of each motor on an LCD. This project caused the blowing of air into the chamber of a furnace by its inlet and vacuuming from the outlet to be controlled and tuned, and the resulting performance of the furnace was optimized by 23 per cent.

  • Designing and programming an ESP32 Cam circuit and applying it at a barbershop for monitoring the customers and staff. It caused a reduction of 45 per cent in supervising visits. It could stream video and send images over the internet for controlling purposes.
