Securing this role represents the most significant development of myself as an individual in the workplace. Handling management tasks allowed me to build valuable skills that carry over into any and every life endeavour. I significantly developed my Leadership and organisational skills in a tense and fast-paced environment, Managing over 10 members of staff whilst upkeeping my own role. Solving problems on the job became a responsibility of mine that i adapted well too. I believe the skills and experience of working in a management role are vital to have in the fields i aspire to work in and therefore, they will benefit me greatly in future roles, making me a valuable candidate.

at My role at HJs Great yarmouth, whilst simple in its nature, gave me the perfect opportunity to begin crafting and perfecting my social skills. The interactions with hundreds of customers weekly allowed me to develop how i approach providing a high quality service to clients/customers. This role was an important stepping stone in my experience in the workplace.
