I have practical experience in working with project, estimate and executive documentation. I have experience in step-by-step support of the project at the stage of construction and commissioning of the object, protection of volumes in front of the customer. Interacted with various employees and senior stakeholders such as customers and contractors. I have practical experience in lean Six Sigma, Agile, Kanban and Scrum. Conducted training for staff, and was the manager of business process optimization projects. I have a certificate of an internal business coach and experience in conducting training on lean production. I have practical experience in forming a team and finding new personnel.

I am attentive to details, I approach work in a structured and responsible manner, I am constantly improving my skills.

   In my free time, I was engaged in volunteering. Performed the functions of a logistician for the organization of cargo transportation of humanitarian cargo of the Red Cross and other public organizations.
