Maryam Albusaidi

The skills that I have picked up consist of; management, discipline, and skill. I believe that my previous experiences as the student council of my class have allowed me to gain certain life skills that will most definitely benefit me, some of which are crucial within this course such as; strong communication skills. Negotiating and discussing in meetings with the school’s directors has taught me to communicate well and portray my ideas in an organised manner. This specific skill will help me when working with large business corporations as well as having proper discussions with coworkers. During my role as a student council I was able to develop my analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills. These skills have been tested as I had to approach many problems from different aspects taking into account the students' concerns, as well as the director's points of view.
