Over the past 7 years I have pioneered complete training curriculums end-to-end for 4-5 brands simultaneously, strategising with Global HQ teams in San Francisco to deliver training, content and artistry for all Kendo Brands within LVMH to achieve budget plans. My experience as a former Bobbi Brown Pro Artist working alongside Bobbi Brown herself in NYC, London and Paris as part of her fashion week team lead me to deliver masterclasses at large beauty events such as Brides the Show, Vouge Fashion Week, IMATS as well as becoming a monthly QVC Guest speaker. Since launching Fenty Beauty in the UK I have lead several overseas Fenty beauty events in New York, San Francisco, New Orleans, Dubai, Paris and Africa as well as launching KVD to Sephora Russia and Dubai. In my current role I work closely with PR and marketing to curate influencer strategy, delivering education to mega and micro influencers, working on elevated paid partnerships as well as building organic and authentic collaborations with industry experts and social connections. I have a holistic and integrated approach to business life, and have pursued my whole career with this philosophy in mind.
