Marvin Shi

Being a musician, I have gathered valuable opportunities to perform with either young musicians through their recitals/exams, or accompany large scale choirs/orchestras. E.g (Symphonic Orchestra of Bath, Birmingham Choir etc). This made me ease in to a somewhat leadership role. With arising circumstances forcing me to improvise not just the music, but my actions. Working with large scale groups allowed to establish the punctuation in unity when considering a well carried out shift, furthermore consolidating the mindset of maintaining a professional relationship with your colleagues, to achieve an optimal outcome.

Especially challenged the aspects on communication and patience. Despite the work being mostly a eTutor, I had to facilitate consistent learning materials for my students, furthermore, i understood the importance in adaptation in social aspects, on top of maintaining my professionalism.

High in intensity, considering a small work environment. Was an introduction to servicing at a young age.
