  • Being the customer's first point of contact when they come into the store, assisting them with anything they need, i.e. printing off statements, ordering new cards, changing the customer's address or name on their account.
  • Answering phone calls and resuming customer queries. My role was to deliver a heartfelt service to customers daily, either face-to-face by processing cash transactions and digital solutions, or over the phone by helping them with their queries. Being on the counter shows I follow the required policies and procedures, which demonstrates my ability to hold a position of responsibility and do so correctly.
