Drive a regular route six days a week delivering fresh fruit and vegetables to shops, schools, colleges, offices, nursing homes and home deliveries. Starting at 4.30am I collect stock from Belfast market and return before taking a sprinter van and covering a route from Donaghadee to Cookstown

North Down Grain produces cattle feed and fertilisers. I was employed to work a production line, mixing, and bagging raw feed and palletising, forklift work was an essential part of the job, storing pallets in the warehouse or loading on to a trailer.

Over all a good job that I enjoyed.

• Polished window interiors and exteriors to remove dirt and marks.
• Removed stains from vehicle carpets and upholstery using dry-cleaning techniques.
• Cleaned wheels and arches using tyre shine dressings.
• Applied wax, gel and polish on appropriate vehicle trims for professional look.
• Cleared rubbish from vehicle floors and storage compartments.
• Vacuumed vehicles with attachments to properly clean hard-to-reach areas.
• Operated high-pressure hoses to spotlessly clean vehicle exteriors.
• Shampooed interior upholstery and carpets for good-as-new finish.
• Waxed and polished bodywork using carefully selected cleaning products.
• Promptly greeted guests upon arrival and offered assistance.
• Cleaned engines, wheel arched and chassis using steam cleaners.

Based at the Isle of Man Airport, I would collect daily schedules from the main terminal office and ensure the correct cars are clean and safe to be sent out on hire, I would then place the car in the allotted bay and return the keys to the office for the customer to collect

Working for a bread production company. Day would start at 4 am in the factory making up my days orders, then load onto my van and make my deliveries. A good job that I enjoyed and worked here for a good while
