• Managed three complex US legal cases at Quorn Foods
• Key member of team responsible for hugely successful sale of the business to Monde Nissin for £550m (15 times EBITDA, 3.8 times money and 34% IRR) at Quorn Foods
• Managed three successful re-financings saving £4m interest annually and successful delivery of Patent Box benefits at Quorn Foods
• Led a head office SAP procurement implementation at Cadbury Schweppes plc
