I took on the role of GM for the Fox & Grapes in Leeds which was Stonegate's Pub & Dining format, part of their managed estate.


I decided to take this role as it gave me the opportunity to work in a premium dining site.


During my time at the Fox and Grapes I had coached and led a team of 17 people, recruited a Kitchen Manager and developed a deputy manager into a GM to take on his own site.


I achieved 20% like for like sales growth in Y2 after a period of recruiting, training and developing a new team. I delivered an all green scorecard Financial Year 2024 whilst maintaining green stock audits with 2 consecutive gold audits. 5 NSF and 5 EHO.


Due to a company wide restructure I am now working for Stonegate's transitions area, supporting site closures before handing them over to Lease & Tenanted.
