I observed and engaged with patients for a day in March. it was highly insightful to witness how the doctors adapted and communicated with different patients experiencing different needs. helps me to understand how to interact with all different ages in a professional manner, it was imperative to move efficiently through patients whilst still making therm feel heard , thus enhancing not only my communication skills but also my efficiency

I was responsible for coaching a group of children whose ages ranged from 4 years old to 9. was fundamental in developing clear concise communication techniques, a leadership role and quick thinking. the difference in age meant I was constantly adapting to best teach them, it helped me learn to be flexible and adaptable whilst maintaining a position of authority.
