• Recruitment of professionals (engineers, IT professionals mostly) for our Partners via advertising and database searches
• Interviewing, writing evaluations sheets (in English and Hungarian) for

Extra responsibilities based on my I/O Psychology background:

• Management of the Vienna Test System, providing insights on the results
• Development of pen-and-paper tests
• Key user of the company's developing ERP system (testing functions)
