So i've only had 2 Jobs, First one was at Boots Warehouse where i had to scan and deliver items into there designated Areas and was sometimes asked to pack items to be shipped out.
Creative Foods, i was in the ambient wing working with the sauces, mainly packing them and taking and sending more sauce when needed for my Co workers, this was for a week.
Then i got sent into the kitchen where i was making stuff from a ingredients sheet, after a bit i was sent into the back corridor which is still with the kitchen but now i would send over Ingredients to them when asked off me and always have the right stuff there for the factory and have the correct count of what is stored.
Then lastly i was put in a cold working environment, where i would be handling very cold meats and sauces and sometimes they were wet because of cleaning and honestly you would get back somedays having to jump into a shower because how freezing you are.
I did a few things in here, working with the sauces, working in the kitchen, working in the back corridor which is basically where you take stuff over when the kitchen asks for something like an ingredient.
The last place i did was Sous vide which was basically working in the freezing cold and handling cold foods, like chicken and frozen sauces or meats.
The people that were there was amazing, to talk and interact with, but apart from that, the job was a night shift and 6 days on and 2 days off so you couldn't really plan your week.
And the worst part about it was how much strain it was giving my back muscles.(im 18 so this was surprising to me especially because im active)
The Job consisted in you basically staying in the same spot, scanning items non stop and if they were busy and because it was near christmas,it was literally 7 hours of me rushing as there was never a shortage of items to scan.
These items came in all sorts shapes and sizes.
