  • Being one of the pioneer staffs, we are the ones who made the core clinical pathways and departmental/hospital policies which established the hospital from then and until now.
  • Appointed as the Nurse Duty Manager - Cover during night shifts whenever a core duty manager calls in sick or goes for annual leave. Makes critical decision making for the over-all operations of the hospital during out of hours (adhering to the hospital policies and protocols). Does the wards round, hospital census and daily handover to the Chief Nursing Officer at the end of the shift.
  • Deputy Team Leader during out of hours' duty most especially when the ED unit manager is not around.
  • Receives emergency phone calls. Then, dispatches the hospital ambulance - prepares the emergency backpack, goes with the driver in the ambulance, collects and transports patients from their residence/area where the accident and emergency happened, and transports them back to the hospital and vise-versa.
