Charity- It's On The Ball I participate in the raising awareness and fundraising for the Norwich based testicular cancer charity It's On The Ball. Responsibilities included presenting awareness talks at schools and universities and helping with fundraising events such as BBQs.
Sports- I'm an avid Ice hockey fan and have represented my university team since my first year. I served as team captain for the past 2 years and was an assistant captain before that. Roles served on the team committee include social secretary, equipment manager and social media manager. My personal highlight was winning the Tier 5 National Championships. During my first year of University I was one of five sports activators for the school of social sciences, whose role was to encourage sporting participation in the University's unique inter school Ziggurat challenge. I also enjoy running and have completed the Manchester marathon.
