I relocated from Birmingham to Cornwall and set up my own Property/Maintenance business.

All aspects of maintenance which covered plumbing, painting, carpentry, tiling etc.

Providing the best possible customer service from the initial quotation to completion of works.

Sourcing the best materials at the most competitive prices.

Working to very tight deadlines.

Building a great working relationship with all Suppliers and Service Providers.

Site Foreman building “one off” properties in Stratford upon Avon and surrounding areas.

Overseeing all aspects of work from the foundations to the final finish.

Liaising with clients on day to day basis.

Providing support/training to team members.

Ordering materials as and when required.

Organising the skilled labour needed at each stage of the build when required.

My first full time position after leaving secondary school. I carried out the following tasks/duties.

Making bespoke joinery ie doors, windows, staircases and furniture to a very high standard.

Providing technical drawings for customer approval on their orders.

Onsite fitting of joinery/furniture manufactured with an exceptional attention to detail.

Actively managed the team of Joiners on any onsite fitting also providing the best customer service.
