My parents moved abroad when I was due to take my exams and I was sent straight out to work so have no formal qualifications but I have been in the building trade for the last 25 years and have learnt everything from my dad who had his own building business. I am a quick learner and always keen to learn new skills. I am a reliable and proactive person a good time keeper, professional and adaptable. I'm physically fit and have not taken time of work for sickness in many years. I work well as part of a team and can be a supportive, valuable team player. I have a dumper ticket for up to a 9 ton dumper, completed health & safety at work, first aid, asbestos awareness, working at heights, a clean driving license. I also operate a mini digger (up to 6 ton) but I don't have a ticket for that.

As part of my Job I did a variety of work from groundworks to complete builds, block work, skimming, rendering, roofing, maintenance work, renovations and landscaping. I worked well as part of a team, was a very good time keeper, easy going and have good communication with my colleague's. I take pride in my work and like to complete jobs timely, efficiently and to the best of my ability. I can work well under pressure.
