My main duty's as a 'Book Processor' is to organise and sort stock as it arrives into the building. This is something I do in a timely manor and to a high standard even exceeding daily targets.
During my time as a appointment setter with First Line my day to day job was to arrange meetings for our sale reps to meet with customers. I learned many skills with this job including: working with customers over the phone and delivering excellent customer service and ensuring their needs were met, Organising sales reps day to day diaries and ensuring adequate time was appointed to each sales meeting and problem solving skills when dealing with complex situations.
