Summary

I am responsible for a service covering a diverse and wide range of housing management issues including anti-social behaviour, compliance, estate management and tenancy management. This is completed in a customer focused environment. I enjoy motivating a team of housing professionals and building key relationships with other departments and external partners.

Creating and implementing ways of work through company policies and procedures is rewarding for me and I love project managing this element of the role. I'm an energetic person with good diplomatic skills. I've a supportive style of management and enjoy working with people. In my spare time I manage my boys football team and love coaching the children to improve their skills both physically and mentally.

Interests

I enjoy spending my time with my family and having two boys certainly keeps me on my toes. They enjoy their football and I coach my youngest son's team in the Midland Juniour Premier League. To relax I enjoy reading and keeping fit through swimming, going to the gym and walking the dog. I enjoy working on the home but, most of all, putting my feet up when I get five minutes peace and quiet - a rare treat!
